How to do your own facial facial at home
Nowadays you can easily find many skin care products that make it possible to do facials at home. The price offered varies depending on the brand and the quality of the product. There are four ingredients you need to prepare for facials at home.
Facial cleanser (face wash)
Exfoliating Scrub
Face mask
Serum and moisturizer
If you already have all the ingredients as mentioned above, you are ready to do salon-style facial treatment at home! Here are the steps to do facials own facial at home.
1. Cleaning the face
Before starting any facial treatment procedure, it is very important to clean up any form of dirt and oil that accumulates in the face. If you use makeup, you can clean the face with a makeup cleanser first because the remnants of makeup can not be lifted just by washing the face only. Do not forget to tie or clasp your hair so that face is not covered by hair or anything else.
After that, wash your face by using a cleanser or face soap with a circular motion from the top down so that the dirt on the face is lifted. Then rinse using warm water (lukewarm). Then dry your face with a soft towel.
2. Scrubbing
After cleansing the face, the next step is scrubbing. This scrubbing works to remove dead skin cells so that your skin can be regenerated properly. You can use natural scrubbing ingredients from a mixture of sugar, rose water, and olive oil.
When all the ingredients are mixed together, apply it evenly to the face. Then, rub the whole face using a scrub with a circular motion. The forehead, nose and chin should be rubbed longer because the section grows most blackheads. Then, rinse face clean with warm water.
If your skin is acne, should avoid scrubbing because it can make the skin more irritated.
3. Steaming
The next facial facial step is steaming or evaporation. The way is easy enough. Prepare a bowl or a large basin containing hot water. Then, hold your face over the basin for about two minutes while covering the head with a towel so that the steam is exposed only in the face only.
This steaming function is to open the pores and remove dirt like blackheads on the face.
4. Masks

Doing facial treatment is not complete it feels if not wear mask. This facial mask works to nourish your skin to make it tight, brighter, and more radiant. You can make your own face mask at home. In order for really well groomed skin, choose a mask according to your skin type.
Use apple cider vinegar or papaya for oily skin types, honey or aloe vera for dry skin types, and bananas for acne skin. As for anti aging, you can use a mask made of coffee grounds.
Apply mask evenly to all parts of face, except eyes, lips, and neck. For the eye, you can close it with fresh cucumber previously stored in the refrigerator. Leave this face mask for 15 to 20 minutes. After that, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. Serum and moisturizer
After doing a series of ways mentioned above, you come to the last stage of facial facial. At this stage you can wipe the serum and moisturizer all over the face. When the face is clean and fresh then serum and moisturizing nutrients will more easily absorb into the skin layer.
